Brady Martin | Owner
Brady is the proud owner of TSV and has over 10 years of construction experience, including complete exterior and interior remodels. During his 10 years, Brady has come to specialize in all phases of insurance negotiations during hail catastrophes where he oversees and manages all phases of construction, including roofing, gutters, windows, siding, painting, etc. on both commercial and residential properties.
Brady acts as a start to finish representative for you through your project, whether it is a hail storm claim or a basic remodel. He has worked hand in hand with insurance companies throughout the years and has great knowledge and experience as the customers advocate.
In his free time, Brady enjoys spending time with this wife and two kids, hockey, golf and anything that will keep him outdoors.
Kevin Wise
Kevin has worked with TSV for over 5 years and specializes in all areas of residential roofing. His experience ranges from negotiating with insurance companies during hail catastrophes, full roof replacements, replacing windows and siding, exterior paint and gutters. He manages the project from start to finish while representing the client.
Kevin has spent most of his life working as a minister for a non-denominational church and recently stepped down to work with TSV Construction and Roofing. He enjoys building new relationships and blessing the lives around him.
Ben Martin
Ben has been working side by side with his brother Brady, owner of TSV, for over 5 years and specializes in many areas of real estate and construction. From real estate investment education, working through claims with homeowners, and negotiating with insurance companies, he has the expertise to provide value. He has trained and educated over twenty thousand people on real estate investing and rehab all over the country and displays a level of professionalism that will provide you an easy and fun home improvement experience. He enjoys working with people and will manage the project start to finish.
He has an extensive list of activities he enjoys in his free time. He loves a good adventure with his wife, son, and two dogs. He enjoys off roading in his jeep and ATV, backcountry snowmobiling, camping, hockey, golf, and music.
Steve Martin
Steve comes to TSV Construction and Roofing, Inc. with 40 years of experience ranging from electrical superintendent, managing multi-million dollar construction projects to managing the plant engineering department of a Fortune 500 Company. During his time as a plant engineer, Steve was responsible for the maintenance, construction, regulatory compliance, environmental compliance and safety compliance within a 12 state area.
During Steve’s career he has also served on the Charitable Grant Committee and was a Congressional Coordinator. He was also recognized within the company several times for his numerous volunteer hours within the community.
Steve is very involved in his church, spending time serving as an elder and also on the Board of Trustees.
Steve and his wife have participated in 10 medical mission trips to Panama and Belize, CA.
In his spare time Steve enjoys bow hunting, fishing, golf, and spending time with his three granddaughters.
Brice Martin
Brice has worked with TSV in roofing, project management and real estate investing throughout the past few years. Brice has over 2 years of experience painting residential interiors and exteriors, has traveled across the country for over 3 years training on real estate investing, and he is now focused on working with real estate locally to be able to spend more time with his family. He is very passionate about getting the details right, making sure the homeowner is fully informed, and making the homeowner comfortable through the entire process.
When he is not working he enjoys spending time playing drums, guitar, singing, and exploring the beautiful Colorado outdoors. He got married in July of 2019 and is enjoying the newlywed life with his wife.
Dustin Sigler
Dustin is a Project Manager for TSV Construction and Roofing. He has been in the construction and roofing industry for 4 years and has a dedication to his customers to give them the very best products, service, and maximize their insurance claims so that no homeowner is left with unpaid damage to their home! He is detail oriented and takes his time to insure you not only understand the process but also are satisfied with the outcome of each step along the way. Dustin works with Property Managers on large scale commercial roofing applications and works with homeowners on residential jobs across the state of Colorado. If you’re looking for someone who knows how to make you feel comfortable and understands the industry, he is your guy!
In his free time, Dustin is an accomplished fisherman. He has won a state level Walleye championship and guides on ice and open water around the state. He also enjoys taking trips to Lake McConaughy with his wife Naomi, daughter Vera, son Landon, and black lab Berkley.
Aksel Campbell
Aksel comes to TSV from the school of Construction Management at Colorado State University, and 2 years of experience working beside General Contractors for both residential and commercial construction projects. Throughout his studies at CSU and time in the field, Aksel has learned the value of work ethic and attention to detail. Hands-on experience with the construction trades in the field has taught him the value of quality workmanship and customer service.
In his spare time, Aksel enjoys spending quality time with both friends and family. Some of his hobbies include: Ice Hockey, Guitar, Fishing, Golf, and riding dirt bikes with his father.
